What are Cannabinoids?
Cannabinoids are naturally occurring chemical compounds found within many plants, but are especially abundant in cannabis plants. When ingested or applied topically, they interact with different receptors in your body.
What is AHC – Activated Hemp Cannabidoil?
Activated Hemp Cannabidiol (AHC) is a phytocannabinoid derived from the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, introducing AHC to your daily wellness routine won't get you "high" or produce any euphoric effects. Instead, AHC is used to help relieve a number of ailments, including inflammation, anxiety, stress, pain, nausea, and digestion. AHC alone doesn't "treat" any one condition; but it can help restore balance to your body by imitating the endocannabinoids that your body produces.
What is your Endocannabinoid System (ECS)?
Our bodies house an elaborate network of cannabinoid receptors known as the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which helps us to maintain homeostasis. The ECS is like a bridge between the body and mind. It is essential for helping us to function at our best. Introducing phytocannabinoids like AHC into your system is an effective way to restore a healthy balance and improve body functions.
What is the difference between Full Spectrum vs. Isolate and Extractions?
Full spectrum AHC contains all the compounds found within the hemp plant, including as terpenes, essential oils, and flavonoids. Together, these compounds create what is known as the "entourage effect," which improves their efficacy and magnifies their wellness benefits. Isolates, on the other hand, do not contain any other compounds found within the cannabis plant apart from cannabidiol. Ami Wellness products use only full spectrum AHC.
What are Terpenes?
Terpenes are naturally occurring aromatic, organic compounds that can be found in most plants. They give plants their smell but also offer plants and people different benefits depending on the terpene. Our CBD has between 80 and 100 terpenes, studies show that these terpenes can influence smell, bioavailability and effect, including increasing a sense of calm or stress relief.
What are Flavonoids?
Flavonoids are important antioxidants that are found in a variety of fruits and vegetables. They also play an essential role in creating the entourage effect.
What are Adaptogens?
Adaptogens are a class of herbs that help your body cope with stress by "adapting" to what your body needs over time. They bring stability to pituitary, adrenal, and hypothalamic glands, allowing for healthier stress management. Common Adaptogens:
- Ginseng: Encourages relaxation and boosts immune health
- Ashwagandha: Reduces stress and anxiety
- Goji Berry: Boosts energy, physical and mental performance, calmness, and sense of well-being
- Turmeric: Boosts brain functioning and reduces depression
What are Nervines?
Like adaptogens, nervines are also a special class of herbs. Nervines help rehabilitate the body by feeding key nutrients to our Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems. There are three classifications of nervines:
- Nervine Stimulants: Provide direct stimulation to the nervous system
- Nervine Relaxants: Calm and relax the nervous system in times of high stress or tension
- Nervine Tonics: Strengthen and feed the nervous system during times of stress or nervous debility
- Chamomile: Provides relaxation and helps relieve daily mental stress
- Lavender: Often used in aromatherapy for its calming benefits
- Passionflower: Relieves general tension and anxiety and helps promote restful sleep
- Skullcap: Provides calming benefits to aid in chronic stress and anxiety. Often taken before bed to calm a racing mind
What's the difference between Essential Oils, Tinctures, and Extracts?
Essential oils are natural compounds extracted from a variety of plants. Some of the nervine herbs in our topical products take the form of essential oils. We also use them as a functional flavor element in some of our ingestible products to complement our tinctures and make the taste more appealing. All of the extracts in our ingestible products are FDA approved. Tinctures are concentrated liquid herbal extracts. Tinctures are considered to be a faster, more effective way to receive the beneficial properties of plants via ingestion. Our tinctures are suspended in alcohol using ingredients such as fresh or dried leaves, roots, bark, flowers, and berries. The alcohol allows us to better extract the benefits of these herbs.
Is it possible to experience an allergic reaction to any of the products?
It is possible to be allergic to different plants/herbs, so if you experience symptoms of allergic reaction such as: rash, swelling of face/eyes/tongue, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, etc. please stop use immediately and seek treatment from your physician or herbalist.
Can I take these products in combination with OTC/Prescribed medications?
You should always consult with your physician or herbalist prior to use. It is possible for herbal supplements to interact with OTC/Prescribed medications and alter the effects experienced by those medications.
Ordering + Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders, either to a customer or Affiliates, will normally be fulfilled within 1-2 business days of receipt. An additional 7-10 days are then required for delivery depending on shipping method chosen.
If I place my order today, when does it ship?
With the significant volume of orders received daily, we strive to have all orders fulfilled within 1-2 business days of receipt. This time frame includes the necessary time needed to verify orders prior to being shipped to ensure accurate processing.
How do I cancel/change an order?
Please contact customer service to see if we can remedy the issues: however…due to our fast fulfillment times, we may be unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If you put an invalid mailing address, your order will ship to that address + be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated + an additional shipping charge will apply

Are there customer refunds?
If a customer is not completely happy with a purchase of an Ami Wellness product, the customer may return the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping). Note that this refund policy does not apply to items returned empty, sale items, display items and business supplies and starter kits.
May I still order if I live outside the United States?
At this time, Ami Wellness only accepts orders within the fifty (50) United States + APO/FPO addresses. Ami Wellness offers standard shipping to domestic + APO/FPO Military addresses.* For your protection, we will not ship merchandise if we are unable to verify your billing address. *Shipping methods are subject to change depending on final destination.
What should I do if my payment is declined?

How do I track my order status?

What could delay my order?
During periods of increased demand, including holidays, inclement weather or new product launches, you may experience a delay in the shipment of your order. We strive to always ship items within 7-10 business days of order submission. Please allow additional time for shipping, based on your preferred selected shipping method.

What are the requirements for becoming an Affiliate?
As an Ami Wellness Affiliate you have the opportunity to increase friendships, earn a competitive income + develop professionally. The basic requirements of becoming an Affiliate are as follows:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a permanent resident of the United States + have a valid Social Security number or Federal Taxpayer Identification number.
- Not be in jail or prison or otherwise confined to a correctional institution
- Complete + submit an Affiliate Agreement that is accepted by Ami Wellness (Ami Wellness reserves the right to accept or reject an Affiliate Agreement at its sole discretion)
- Purchase an Ami Wellness Starter Kit. Please note that Starter Kits are non-refundable except upon cancellation of the Affiliate Agreement AND the Starter Kit is in currently marketable condition. (Note: the purchase of a Starter Kit is optional for residents of North Dakota)
- Have a valid email address
- Have a valid debit/credit card
- Any proprietorship doing business under an assumed name (DBA) must also submit a copy of its certificate of DBA
- A business entity (i.e., a corporation, limited liability Your Company, partnership or trust) applying to become an Affiliate must submit a Business Entity Addendum and a copy of their corporate resolution + comply with the requirements outlined above. (You may also refer to the Ami Wellness Terms and Policies in your Co-Op)

Yes. However, Ami Wellness Affiliates may not promote their personal business on the Ami Wellness Facebook page or respond to anyone looking for an Affiliate in their area. Visitors to our page may not promote any other product or income opportunity unrelated to Ami Wellness on our Facebook page.
